The problem we saw every day
Everywhere we looked, brilliant, hardworking people were spending hours sending CVs into silence. Not because they lacked talent, but because the job market was built for someone else. CVs formatted for one country’s conventions. AI tools priced for a handful of the world’s highest salaries.
A skilled candidate outside the traditional hiring hubs was competing against a polished, well-tailored CV from someone who already knew the system — with the same ATS software making the call. The game was rigged, not by malice, but by neglect.
The idea behind the name
